The new build provides you with an early opporutunity to check your code against the patches in 5.6.1 and also includes bug fixes from earlier releases. If you're interested in being a beta tester, the ActivePerl 624 build is available for download here. Please be cautioned that this is beta software based on a trial release of Perl.
